I know it is the nature of our business to always hear the negative aspects of the transactions and deal with problems and resolution.
With this in mind, I am trying to do a better job of expressing our gratitude when things go well.
The Heller 1500 EXL you sold us was received in excellent condition and the machine looked and worked very well. It has obviously been well maintained and will be a very good tool for our customer. Thank You for the unit. I also want you to know this because if your customer has other equipment to sell in the future, you will likely be getting a good machine that they have taken pride in.
